商品のお届け時期

・在庫がある場合は、ご入金確認後、数日以内に発送いたします。
・在庫がない場合は、ご入金確認後、製作に移ります。
・製作には1～2ヶ月ほどお時間をいただきます。
*状況によっては2ヶ月以上かかる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
*輸入関税、税金、手数料は商品価格や送料に含まれていません。
一部の関税や輸入税は、荷物が目的地の国に到着した時点で請求されます。
これらの料金は、荷物の受取人が負担する必要があります。

返品について

・ご購入いただいた商品に欠陥や破損がある場合を除き、返品・交換はお受けできません。
・欠陥のある商品が届いた場合は、7日以内にご連絡ください。
・お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
・お客様の過失により商品が破損・汚損された場合、返品はお受けできません。
・サイズ変更・修理の場合、送料・手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
・長期不在や受取拒否により商品が返送され、その後キャンセルとなった場合は、往復の送料を請求させていただきますのでご了承ください。

ハンドメイドのため、風合いが若干異なる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
